This website is informational
The information on this website — including any descriptions of therapy modalities such as ART, IFS, EMDR, CBT, DBT, or Gottman Method — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, or clinical advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for treatment by a qualified mental health professional.
Reading this site does not create a therapist-client relationship. Submitting the contact form does not create a therapist-client relationship. A therapist-client relationship is established only after we meet, complete intake, and you sign an informed consent agreement.
In a crisis
This website is not a crisis service. Messages submitted through the contact form are not monitored in real time and may not be read for one to two business days.

Licensure and jurisdiction
Amanda Alleyne is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker by the State of Florida. Clinical services — including telehealth — are provided only to individuals physically located in the State of Florida at the time of service. The information on this site is not directed to anyone outside the state of Florida who is seeking clinical care.
No guarantees
Therapy outcomes vary by person, presenting concern, and the work done together. We do not promise specific clinical results. We do promise to bring honest, professional effort and to refer out when a different fit would serve you better.
Insurance and fees
Insurance panels and self-pay rates listed on this site are accurate as of the last updated date but are subject to change. The accepted insurance lists are not a guarantee of coverage for your specific plan — please verify your benefits with your insurer or ask us during your consultation.
