How I work

Therapy with me is collaborative, not prescriptive. I will not hand you a worksheet and tell you to come back next week. We build the plan together. I am direct when directness helps, and quiet when silence does more. I work from a Christian framework when clients want that, and I work with clients of every faith and no faith. I am LGBTQ+ affirming. The orientation of the work follows you.
